HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002 12 17 Other Handed out by Karina Veaudry DECEMBER 17, 2002 HANDED OUT BY KARINA VEAUDRY. November 26, 2002 Karina Veaudry Herbert-Halback, Inc. 315 East Robinson Street Suite 305 Orlando, FL 32801-1992 RE: Level of Service Dear Ms. Veaudry, This letter serves as notification that the level of service to contract for Landscape Maintenance Service Coordinator is below the expectation of the city. The primary goal of this contract is to improve the quality and appearance of contract areas. My site visitations indicate that there are too many areas that have deteriorated beyond acceptable limits. It is my opinion that the amount of time spent to fully and properly review the properties is not adequate. In addition the enforcement of the landscape maintenance contract specifications for the contractors is too lenient. Please be advised that these concerns must be addressed and failure to see improvement in/or restoration of deteriorated areas within the next thirty days may result in my recommendation of your contract termination. Sincerely, Alan G.
