Citrus South Entrance
Debbie: Please pass this E-mail to Mr. George Edwards (407-327-5984),
Project Coordinator, and other members of the Tuscawilla Lighting and
Beautification Committee:
On 1 Mar 02, I sent you a request for assistance on the completion of
the Citrus South Entrance, which is attached below. The next few weeks
following the E-mail, we noted some contractor activities on site but no
much progress done. Within the last three weeks or so, we have noted a
complete hands-down on this project. With the begging of the rainy season,
the rain water is carrying project loose dirt/filling, resulting in an
unpleasant landscaping environment. In summary, other than beatification,
your Committee have created a landscape problem around our property, with
no good schedule on a closure date.
About two weeks ago, we listed our property for sale. However,
current status of this project is negatively impacting the showing of our
property. I am a little confused about all this mess. My next step
consists of seeking legal advice on how to resolve this problem. I wish we
do not have to go this path. Again, please put some tender and care into
the management of this project. Later today, I will forward this message
to the Remax Real Estate agency that have my property listed to see if they
can also help in contacting you on this issue and recommending me what path
we can follow to resolve this problem.
Once again, advanced thanks for your help!

Debbie/Members of the Tuscawilla Lighting and Beautification Committee:
On 17 Aug, we agreed on an improvement and maintenance easement to build
Citrus South Entrance. The project, which have been going very slow, is
almost completed. I am asking your assistance on the following:
1. Please raise the level of priority to completely finalize this project
within the next few days. It has been more than six months since the
contractors broke ground. We will like to finish the announces associated
with the construction phase and being able to get our landscaping back to
normal.
2. Conduct an inspection of the various project tasks to ensure that
contractors have fulfilled the contract requirements. As for example, the
lawn the contractor installed between the two semicircular entrance to our
driveway is higher than the drainage pipes. Also, since they installed
that lawn a few months ago, the sand/dirt/rain have removed a lot of
1
under-filling. I do currently have under contract an irrigation system for
all the fror-lt of our property and will like to fix the at area really soon.
We reallv will appreciate your help. Advanced thanks.

Stephanie: Please pass this E-mail to Teri.
Teri: This is the couple of E-mails that I had sent to Mr. George Edwards
(407-327-5984), Project Coordinator, Tuscawilla Lighting and Beautification
Committee, concerning the entrance that they are building within our
property. We have seem no recent project activity being done. Following
the Mar E-mai, Mr. Edwards indicated a projected completion date of early
April but no much has happened. Received no feedback on second E-mail.
They should have completed all works a long time ago. We will appreciate
any assistance you can provide on this matter.
