FLORIDA BENCHMARKING CONSORTIUM
The Florida Benchmarking Consortium (FBC) is a collaboration of Florida local governments
seeking to improve upon or implement performance measurement (PM) programs. Founded in
2004 by a handful of local government performance managers, the FBC consists of 40 cities and
counties around the state (as of July 2008).

counties around the state (as of July 2008). Member cities close to Winter Sprin s are:
Casselberry, Oviedo, Sanford, Maitland, Winter Park, Deltona, Titusville, and Orlando.
Seminole County is also a participatin count
The FBC Steering Committee, the organization's governing body, meets quarterly at the office of
the University of Central Florida (UCF) Institute of Government (IOG) in downtown Orlando
and meets during the intervening months via web-conferencing. All FBC members and other
interested parties are welcome to attend these meetings.

FBC membership dues are $1,000 per year for each Florida local government that is interested in
FBC membership
