CALL TO ORDER The Attorney-Client Session (1) of Monday, February 12, 2007 of the City Commission was called to Order by Mayor John F. Bush at 5:15 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, present Deputy Mayor Sally McGinnis, present Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present Commissioner Rick Brown, present Commissioner Donald A. Gilmore, present Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, present City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, absent (For Roll Call) City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, present II. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To Litigation Expenditures Concerning The Pending Litigation Before The Division Of Administrative Hearings Titled "Highland's Homeowners' Association, Inc. v. Department Of Community Affairs And City Of Winter Springs, et aI, DOAH: Case No. 06-3946GM; DCA Docket No. 06-1-NOI- 5908-(A)-(1) Mayor Bush stated, "Those that will be present will be Commissioners [Robert S.] Miller, [Rick] Brown, [Donald A.] Gilmore, [Sally] McGinnis, and [Joanne M.] Krebs, and myself, the City Attorney - the City Manager will be there, and the Court Reporter." City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese briefly spoke on this Attorney-Client Session. This portion ofthe Attorney-Client Session was then closed. Those attending this Attorney-Client Session left the Commission Chambers at 5:17 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., Members of the City Commission returned to the Commission Chambers.
