Honorable Mayor Bush and Commissioners,
Please see the attached resignation from another Code Enforcement Board Member. Just for your
information, 2 of you have recently mentioned to me/my staff about having someone in mind to be
appointed to the Code Enforcement Board. Unless Ron amends the Agenda, I will just mention this new
opening for the Record Monday evening (about the 2°d vacancy), and if you wish to make 2
Appointments, we can do that, or we can give you more time and handle the second opening at the first
Meeting in March.
As always, if I can be of further assistance, please feel free to let me know.
Thank you,
f~nc~rea

Dear City Commission:
After thoughtfiil consideration, I have decided to resign from the Code Enforcement
Boazd effective immediately. I have agreed to serve on several non profit boards of
directors and the time required for them will conflict with my obligation to serve on the
board. I have enjoyed my time on the Code Enforcement Board and maybe someday in
the future I will have the opportunity to serve again on a citizen's board for the City of
Winter Springs.
I wanted to give this notice immediately so the City Commission will have the
opportunity to replace me at the next meeting on Monday February 25 while they also
decide who to nominate for the other vacant position.
Sincerely,
W
Jim Wentz
