CALL TO ORDER
This Meeting of Monday, November 26, 2007 was called to Order by Mayor John F
Bush at 12:15 p.m. at Yen Yen Restaurant (855 East State Road, Winter Springs, Florida
32708).
In Attendance:
Mayor John F. Bush, present
Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present
Commissioner Donald A. Gilmore, present
Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, present
City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, present
TAX REFORM DISCUSSION
Ms. Beth Rawlins, Beth Rawlins, Inc., 2845 Chelsea Place South, Clearwater, Florida:
addressed those in attendance. Discussion ensued on Legislation regarding Tax Relief
and Reform; Save Our Homes; Millage Rates; Homestead Exemptions; Ballot Language;
Election Law; and Property Taxes.
Ms. Rawlins asked that the City's and County provide Public Notice to their community
and to educate all Voters on the latest information related to the Legislation, Tax Relief
and Reform via the Media, Committees, Churches, and Homeowner's Associations.
ADJOURNMENT
The Meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
