The first item discussed was the letter from Mr. Ferring requesting a legal opinion
over whether or not Mr. Toribio was properly qualified as a candidate for City office.
It was a consensus of the Commission to have a letter delivered to the State Attorney's
office tomorrow asking for an expedited answer to the issue.
Interlocal Agreement-City of Winter Springs/Seminole County School Board/Indian
Trails Water and Sewer:
Attorney Lang explained in the agreement we have agreed that the capacity that is
being requested by the School Board is 15,240 gallons and they are paying us a fee
of $113,080.80, which is the capital outlay that is required to put them on line,
and they have agreed to pay the fee. This is a compromise number based on discussion
with regard to the capacity that would be necessitated for that school. The School
Board has approved this document. In paragraph 4 they agree to pay on or before
Oct. 15, 1991.
Motion was made by Commissioner Partyka that we approve the Interlocal Agreement
between the School Board of Seminole County and the City of Winter Springs. Seconded
