RE: Elevations of Floor Slabs in the Vicinity of Aloha Court
and Seafarer Lane. Oak Forest Unit 8
On July 5. 1990. myself and Mark Jenkins took elevation readings with a
transit with the results shown below. The elevations we took are referenced to
33.51'. the listed elevation of the center of the cul-de-sac on Aloha Court. on
the engineering plans. These elevations are shown compared to those shown in
the engineering plans.

The elevation difference between the finished floors of Lot 893 and
Lot 883 was measured to be 8.26'.

obtain certified values for these elevations, it will be necessary to have the
property owner or owners who have a specific interest in this issue obtain the
services of a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Florida.
