Re: Tuscawilla Unit 16 Phase II (Carrington Woods)
Dear Mr. True:
e
Upon receiving your letter of January 31, 1990 and discussing the
additional road analysis data received in a meeting with Mr. Scott
Davidson, P.E. and representatives from Bumby-Stimson, it was determined
that the "as-built" information received, after previous inspections of
this project, that Tuscawilla Unit 16 Phase II (Carrington Woods) was
found to be satisfactory.
The detailed costs breakdown for constructing the infrastructure
for Phase II will have to be provided to determine the value of the
required maintenance bond from the developer.
In addition, the contractor Bumby-Stimson, will voluntarily provide
a separate maintenance bond or a letter of credit for the same amount for
a three year period.
If you have any questions, please contact this office.

Fire hydrants in Carrington Woods, Unit II, were inspected on November 1,
