Engineer - Phil Hursh Public Works Director - Gil Artman Police Chief - John Govoruhk John Beach - Rogers Group Inc. Three Bids were received as follows: First Bid opened was from Macasphalt Inc. for the amount of $97,152.58 Second Bid opened was from American Asphalt, Inc. for the amount of $114,290.49 Third Bid opened was from The Rogers Group for the amount of $107,742.78 The Bids will be turned over to the City Engineer for a recommendation to the City Manager. Bid opening was closed at 2:45 P.M.
