This is to accept the Covenants, etc., the Performance Bond and the Plat for
Carrington Woods Unit I.
The City Attorney has reviewed all the documents and found these to be
satisfactory with minor modifications. These are to be hand-delivered on March
22, 1989, before 5:00 P.M. The City Attorney is to meet with the Planning and
Zoning Board this evening and I will have him verify the changes.
The Performance Bond is with a Florida company and is in the amount of
$106,713.90, the amount the City Engineer approved.

conversation with Ken Uncapher on March 17, 1989 and my review of
the prior documents.

Tuscawilla Unit 16, "Carrington Woods" - Construction Cost Estimates

This lnemo is intended to confirm that the total projected cost of one hundred
six thousand, seven hundred thirteen dollars, ninety cents ($106,713.90) is an
acceptable estimate for the remaining portion of construction to be completed
of the infrastructure for Tuscawilla Unit 16, "Carrington Woods".
