PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION
FOR PARCEL 61 IN TUSCAWILLA
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 1989
Mayor Leanne Grove opened the public hearing at 8:00 p.m.

Commissioners:

Mayor Grove explained the Developer and his representatives will continue with their
presentation. After they have completed their presentation the Commission will have
an opportunity to ask any questions;then the residents who wish to speak will be
sworn in and have an opportunity to speak.
Attorney David Brown and Attorney Barry Walker, attorneys for the developer, with
the firm of Broad and Cassel were present. Also present was Mr. Phil Rirdsong, senior
Vice President with the Gulfstream Corporation. Mr. Birdsong was questioned by
Attorney Brown.

Attorney Brown then summarized their presentation.
Then Mr. Charles True, Mr. Harlan Hanson and Mr. Phil Birdsong were questioned by
the Commission.
The next public hearing was called for March 20, 1989. At that time the Commission
will finish their questioning, and then it will be turned over to the public.
The hearing will start at 8:00 p.m.
