BID OPENING
SALE OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 1988
The Bid Opening for the Sale of Municipal Property, 1972 Chevrolet Pickup Truck
and 1978 Dodge 4-Door Sedan, was called to order by Mary Norton, at 2:30 p.m.
Present:
Don LeBlanc, Land Development Coordinator
Phil Hursh, Engineer
Mary Norton, City Clerk
Ten Bids were received as follows:
The first bid opened was from Tom Marsh: $578.51 for the 1972 Chevrolet Pickup
truck and $226.51 for the 1978 Dodge 4-Door Sedan.
The second bid opened was from Gloria Hoenicke, 387 Muck St.,Oviedo,FL 32765
$327.27 for the 1978 Dodge.
The third bid opened was from J. R. Hattaway, 8 Coral Way, Winter Springs,
$750.00 for the 1972 Chevrolet pickup truck.
The fourth bid opened was from Scott McGill, Public Works Dept., $615.00 for
the 1972 Chevrolet Pickup truck.
The fifth bid opened was from Ray J. Comey, Building Dept., $600.00 for 1972
Chevrolet Pickup truck.
The sixth bid opened was from Ray J. Comey, Building Dept., $200.75 for the 1978
Dodge Monaco.
The seventh bid opened was from Jon Stauffer, 619 Hwy. 17-92, DeBary,FL 32713,
$257.00 for 1972 Chevrolet Pickup Truck and $210.00 for 1978 Dodge 4-door sedan.
The eighth bid opened was from James Baker, $501.00 for 1972 Chevrolet Pickup
Truck.
The ninth bid opened was from Dave Gierhart, 724 E.French Ave., Orange City,
FL 32763, $650.00 for 1972 Chevrolet Pickup Truck.
The tenth bid opened was from Mary Anne Willett, Public Works Dept., $196.87
for the 1978 Dodge Monaco.
No bids were received for the 12-14 yd. gas powered dump truck for the Public
Works Department.
No bids were received for the sale of municipal property, the compressors and
pumps from the Water Company.
Bid opening was closed at 2:45 p.m.
