RE: Seminole utilities Company - Sewer line extension Dear Richard: Please except this letter as a request by Seminole utilities Company to extend sewer service to our commercially zoned property on the Eastern most portion of the Tuscawilla PUD. This extension will enter into the City of Oviedo a few hundred feet. We are in the process of having a franchise agreement prepared between the city of Oviedo and Seminole utilities Company. The City of Oviedo would like to have your concurrence of Sewer Service, leaving your franchise area into another. We would like to have a response from the city of winter Springs by Monday, January 25th if at all possible.
