who utilize the services of those owners/leasors, request the City Commission-
ers of Winter Springs to take immediate steps for the paving of Wade Street,
north of Hwy 419 and Old Sanford/Oviedo Road.
It is our understanding that this area is the only industrial area in
Winter Springs. The cordition of this particular road might deter further
industrial development.
The undersigned will cooperate as much as possible in resolving this
problem.

Subject: Extension of Approval for Temporary Building-Fues
Harold Fues' attached letter requests an extension of his current approval
(expiring August 23, 1983) to utilize a temporary building in Zone C-2 on
Wade Street at the Old Sanford-Oviedo Road.
Mr. Fues has submitted a site plan incorporating a permanent structure. The
Site Plan Review Board will consider this plan at a meeting at 11:00 AM on
Tuesday, August 23, 1983. With approval of this plan, Mr. Fues could acquire
a building permit for the permanent facility to replace the temporary trailer.
~ It is recommended that Harold Fuel request for extension of approval to use a
temporary building be granted until the permanent building can be occupied,
conditioned on his beginning construction of the permanent building as soon as
it can be permitted.

Request for extension of permit for use of mobile home - HaroldT;- Fues:;~
The City Planner explained that in September, 1980, Council gave approval for a mobile
home for use of an office for Tom McCue Salvage Company on the east side of Wade
Street bet~veen the railroad tracks and the old Sanford-Oviedo Road. That will
expire Harch 1. The company has changed hands in the meantime. The current owner
r~quests an extension of that approval for 2~ years. The other members of the Staff
indicate that the current operation of the business at that location \~ith mobile
ho~e is causing no problem.

Request for extension of permit for use of mobile home-Winter Springs Seventh
Day Adventist Church:
The City Planner explained that the 7th Day Adventist Church had a similar approval
on the same date for location of two mobile homes next to the church for a period
which will end March 1st. They are asking for a one year extension.
Motion was made by Commissioner Torcaso to grant an extension for one year.

City Manager - Richard Rozansky:
Resolution No. 381 for financing Grumman Tanker/Pumper:
Manager Rozansky reported that this resolution allows the City to finance the
tanker/pumper. The revenue note is with Tropic Bank, 11% simple interest.
