MEMO TO: Commission/Mayor
SUBJECT: Tennis Courts-Sunshine Park
DATE: August 19, 1983
Attached you will find a proposal/recommendation from the
Director of Public Works for the rehabilitation/construction of the tennis
courts located in Sunshine Park.
As you will recall we bid this project on July 3, 1983 but did
not receive a bid. As a result I instructed the Director of Public Works
to review the bid specifications and come forth with a recommendation/
solution for completion of the project. His recommendation is attached.
Please note that while contractors
we now have two who are interested in the
opinion to the contrary I would recommend
it appears that
to the attorney's
with this project.
