Krebs at 4:30 p.m. in the Commission ,,~~;~~R:~; Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). ~'; Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, absent Deputy Mayor Joanne M. Krebs, present Commissioner Jean Hovey, present Commissioner Rick Brown, absent (for Roll Call)/present via telephone in Conference Room Commissioner Gary Bonner, present Commissioner Sally McGinnis, present City Manager Kevin L. Smith, present City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, present II. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To The Pending Litigation Titled City of Winter Springs v. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, Et al, Case Number 08- CA-5438-15-L, In and Before the Circuit Court of Seminole County, Florida. The Persons Scheduled To Be In Attendance Are Mayor John F. Bush, Deputy Mayor Joanne M. Krebs, Commissioner Jean Hovey, Commissioner Rick Brown, Commissioner Gary Bonner, Commissioner Sally McGinnis, City Manager Kevin L. Smith, City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, And A Court Reporter. City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese briefly spoke on this Attorney-Client Session. CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA MINUTES CITY COMMISSION ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION -JULY 23, 2009 PAGE 2 OF 2 Deputy Mayor Krebs stated, "Attending this [Attorney-Client] Session will be myself, Deputy Mayor Joanne Krebs; City Attorney Anthony Garganese; City Manager Kevin Smith; Jean Hovey City Commissioner; City Commissioner Gary Bonner; City Commissioner Sally McGinnis; and by telephone [City Commissioner] Rick Brown - and a Court Reporter." This portion of the Attorney-Client Session was then closed. Those attending the Attorney-Client Session left the Commission Chambers at 4: 33 p. m At 4:49 p. m., Deputy Mayor Krebs, Commissioner Hovey, Commissioner Bonner, Commissioner McGinnis, Manager Smith, and Attorney Garganese returned to the Commission Chambers. Deputy Mayor Krebs called the Attorney-Client Session back to Order at 4:49 p. m. III.
