Torcaso, to receive bids for two Wilson, 6 Channel, l-4 watt, HH-154-D6, 2-way portable radios with accessories. Present: John V. Torcaso, Deputy Mayor Charles Holzman, Fire Chief Jean A. Halstead, Finance Mary Norton, City Clerk One bid was received from Rad-Com, Inc., 2440 E.
