BID OPENING FOR TANKER/PUMPER
MARCH ll, 1981
The Bid Opening was called to order by City Manager Richard Rozansky at 2:31 p.m.
Present:
Richard Rozansky, City Manager
Barrith Cochran, Mobile Emergency Products
Bill Jenkins - Harold's Sales & Ser.(Car-Mar)
Charles L. Holzman, Fire Chief
Timothy J. Lallathin, Lt., Fire Dept.
Jean A. Halstead, Asst. City Clerk
Mary Norton, City Clerk
Three bids were received as follows:
First bid opened was from First Response, Inc., New Smyrna Beach - No Bid.
Second bid opened was from Mobile Emergency Products,Casselberry - $130,797.00
5% Bid Bond included.
Third bid opened was from Car-Mar Inc., Berwick, Pa. -
5% Bid Bond included.
$l29,725.00
Bids will be turned over to the Fire Chief who will then make a recommendation
to the City Manager. The City Manager will then make a recomm~ndation to Council.
Bid opening was closed at 2:40 p.m.
