SWEARING IN CEREMONY
DECEMBER 7, 1981
5:00 P.M.
The Swearing In Ceremony was held on December 7, 1981 at the Winter Springs
City Hall at 5:00 p. m. Mayor Troy Piland was sworn in by City Clerk Mary
Norton. Commissioner Maureen Boyd and Commissioner Burley (Buck) Adkins was
sworn in by Mayor Troy Piland.
