The bid opening was called to order by Deputy Mayor Wilfred Arnold at 2:30 p.m.

Bid Opening, Sept. 3, 1980:
The bids will be turned over to the Supt. of Public Works for the Moss Road Tennis
Court for his recommendation to the City Manager who in turn will make a
recommendation to City Council.
The bid for the Fire Station roof will be examined by the Cox Partnership, Inc. to
see if the bid is acceptable and will be turned over to the City Manager for his
recommendation to City Council.
Bid opening adjourned 2:44 p. m.
