MINUTES
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
APRIL 4, 1979
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Fusco at 7:45 p.m.
Present:
Jerry Fusco, Chairman
Ed Lombardi, Vice-Chairman
Mary Williamson,
Herb Monson
Vicki Baker,
George R. Shriver
Motion by Monson, seconded by Lombardi to accept the minutes of the last
meeting, March 19, 1979.
Mr. Charlie True gave a presentation on the Tuscawilla Tennis Villas.
Motion by Lombardi, seconded by Monson to recommend approval of the preliminary
drawing with regards and in accordance to recommendation of Staff Review of
engineering report of the Wedgewood Tennis Villas, CD&A Job No. 6136.05. Motion
carried unanimously.
Motion by Shriver, seconded by Baker to recommend approval of final engineering,
Staff Review, Tuscawilla Section 8, CD&A Job No. 6136.05. Motion carried
unanimously.
Mr. Boerner addressed the Board about the Binford property.
Mr. Pellerin addressed the Board about the Binford property.
Motion by Baker, seconded by Lombardi to table discussion of Binford property and
Crooked Creek properties.
Motion by Lombardi, seconded by Baker that next meeting be a Workshop Session on
the Crooked Creek properties and the Binford properties. Motion passed unanimously.
Mr. George Shriver was elected Secretary by the Board.
Mary Williamson requested excused absense while she is on vacation through the
second week of May.
Mr. Dave Branson, 219 Alderwood Street, North, is the new member replacing Mr.
William Denton.
Motion was made by Lombardi, seconded by Baker to adjourn, motion passed unanimously.
