Re: 11.454 Acres on Moss Road, Winter Springs, Seminole County.
Gentlemen:
You are aware of the circumstances surrounding this letter so I
will not belabor the past history regarding subject property and
my ownership of it. Legally I would put myself in a tenuous
position should I request the zoning of this parcel from C-2 to
any other classification. However, I would be willing to take that
risk if the City Council were to zone this 11.454 acres as follows:
(1) Zone the entire 11.454 acre parcel to C-l.
(2) Approve site location of a convenience store as requested
in my application presented to the Board of Adjustment
last month.
(3) Permit construction of residential living units on this
parcel to a maximum density of 10 units per acre without
having to go before the Board of Adjustment or Planning
and Zoning Board for approval.
My request for a zoning change from C-2 to C-l would be predicated
on the full approval of all 3 of the above articles being accepted
and approved by the Winter Springs City Council.
Respectfully Submitted,
~.ct~
