As requested by council, a study during the past several
months has been made in reference to increase!reduetion of
speed limits throughout the city by use of visual and mechan-
ical means and the following recommendations are made:

Also, as a matter of information, Mr. Scott of the Seminole
County Road Department advises that during 197.3, the daily
travel of automibiles on SR-4.34 was 7,520..and as of June
1974, there has been an increase of 15..3% daily.
