NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF NORTH ORLANDO, FLORIDA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given by the Village Council of
the Village of North Orlando, Seminole County, Florida that
said Village Council will hold a Public Hearing on a request
for a Variance of Zoning from R-lA to C-l at 11 North Cortez
Avenue, North Orlando, for the purpose of establishing a Day
Care Center.
Public Hearing will be held in the Village Hall,
North Orlando, Florida on Mcnday, January 4, 1971 at 7:30 P.M.
at which time interesbod parties for and agains t the proposed
Variance will be heard and final action taken.
This notice is to be published by posting in three
public places within the Village of North Orlando, Florida
and published in the Sanford Herald, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City (1) time at least fifteen (15) days
prior to the time of thePublic Hearing.

Notice is hereby given by the Village Council of the
Village of North Orlando, S8minole County, Florida, that said
Village Council will hold a public hearing on a change of zoning
of North Orlando Zoning District R-IA to C-l contairJed l'ITithh::

Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 5 of the Public
Records of Seminol Cour'J.ty, F~c~rid8; said -tract being more
particularly described as follows: Begin at the southeasterly
corner of Lot 32, Block 5, of thJ Resubdivision of Block 5 and

Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 76 of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence run westerly along

state Road 434 to a point on the southerly right of way of
said state Road 434, said point being 659.57 feet easterly of
the intersection of said state Road 434 and said Moss Road;
thence run westerly along the southerly right of way of said
state Road 434 a distance of 209.57 feet; thence run southerly
parallel with the easterly right of way of said Moss Road a
distance of 226.04 feet; thence run westerly and at right angles
to the easterly right of way of said Moss Road a distance of
450.00 feet to an intersection with the easterly right of way of
said Moss Road; thence run southerly along the easterly right of
way of said Moss Road to an intersection with the easterly ex-
tension of the south line of Lots 27 through 32, Block 5, of the
Resubdivision of Block 5 and Tract ,~" of North Orlando Second

thence run westerly on said easterly extension of the south

Village of North Orlando, Seminole County, Florida, and con-

Public Hearing will be held in the Village Hall, North
Orlando, Florida on Monday, January 4, 1971 at 7:30 p.m. at
which time interested 'parties for and against the proposed
zoning change will be heard and final action taken.
This Notice is to be published by posting in three (3)
public places within the Village of North Orlando, Fla. and publish-
ed in the Sanford Herald, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City (1) time at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
time of the Public Hearing.
