My dear Mayor Jordan:
The J. Hilbert Sapp, Inc., Profit Sharing Trust
has paved certain streets in North Orlando Townsite 4th Add, Plat
Book 14, pages 5 & 6 which streets have been paved to the following
tenor:
DAVID STREET between the East line of lot 33,
Block 5 and the East line of lot 24, block 3.
DAVID STREET between the East line of lot 13,
block 3 and the existing pavement in the vicinity of the East line
of lot 16, block 5.
BENNETT STREET & CHARLES STREET all as is more
particularly shown by the surveyors certification as tothe location
of the streets heretofore submitted.
The Trust has further paved the extension of Charles
Street across lots, 16, 17, 24 and 25 of block 2 as per the attached
replat.
Pursuant to your Ordinance #49, I hand you the
certificate of Stewart Title Cmpany showing that the J. Hilbert Sapp,
Inc., Profit Sharing Trust is the owner of all of the land included
in the replat and comprising the streets in question; that the land
in replat 3 is free and clear of any recorded mortgages, liens or
other encumberances; that the streets in question are not subject
to any mortgage of record or any encumberance; taxes and assessments
for 1969 have been paid; and that the description on replat 3 is
correct. I further hand you a maintenance bond payable to the village.

I further hand you a certified copy of replat #2 from Plat Book 14,
Pages 5 & 6 reflecting its acceptance and due recordation on or about
February 9, 1960.
In accordance with your ordinance #49 and with
provisions of the Charter of the Village of North Orlando, we do
respectfully pray that the city shall open said streets, and under-
take to maintain the said streets, the entry way and its appurtenances
as aforesaid.
