an appropriate pattern ot land uses. the ability to regulate the
deTelopment ot previously undeTeloped land, gives a opportune occaaioft
to meaningfully guide and control its development..

of a community, theretore it is ot paramount importance for this
community, to develop and use strong, comprehen.iTe and creative

the land development practices utilized. The quality of residential

term etfect upon the environment, and upon the citizens of North
Orlando present and future.
It is thb reason gentlemen, that the Planning and Zoning Board
has made the following Changes and or corrections to subdiTision
Ord. 49, and .ubmitted for your approTal and future of North Orlando.
The plat. submitted by Gulf American Corp. are sub-standard,
and are not in the best intere.t of North Orlando and it. citizen.
