HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967 11 06 Regular - - ARTICLE VIII T-l TRAIlER HOME DISTRICT ~ SECTION 39.64 DESCRIPTImr OF DISTRICT This district is composed oc certain limited areas where it is proposed that trailer owners may establish homes on their own property. SE~TION 39.6, USES PER}ITTTED Within any T-l Trailer Home District the following uses shall be permitted: 1. Parking of one trailer on a lot owned by the owner of the trailer occupying said. lot. 2. Such accessory facilities as are customarily utilized by trailer d.wellers. These shall incluee accessory storage buildings, carports, porches, cabanas and supplemental structures housing additional living quarters which are adjacent to and make a. part of the trailer. 3. No house shall be constructeEi. in a Trailer Home District unless they conform to the requirements of an R-l District in all respects. SI6'.eI6K 39.66 PERMITS ,-... A permit to park a trailer in a T-l Trailer Home District shall be issued for a fee of $5.00 and shall be issued subject to inspection by the building inspector.. Any supplemental structures shall be tr.atei as for resiiential uses and shall be subject to permit fees and inspection. SECTION 39.67 USES PERMITTED Any use permitted in an RI-A or Rl-AA District. SECTION 39.68 BUILDING SITE AREA REGULATION No trailer shall be located on a lot less than 7,700 square feet and a width of not less than 70 feet measured at the building line. SECTION 39.69 MINIMUM FRONT, REAR AND SIDE YARD REGULA TI ONS The minimUM set back requirements shall be the same as in R1-A residential zoned areas. SECTION 39.70 SPECIAL REQUIRE}~rTS: All T-l Trailer Home Districts shall have central water and sewage systems which shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Board. of Health and all lots shall have paved streets with storm drainage facilities and. fire hydrants. ,-....
