they were approved as read.
Hayor Liddicott introduced Mr. Fred 'wyman to the Council.
Mr. \iyman outlined his plans for a day nursery to be run in his
home by his wife. There follo~....ed a general discussion on this
subject. Inasmuch as Mr. and Mrs. Wyman's residence is not in
I
the corporate limits of the Village, Mr. Jackson proposed that
the Wymans secure the approval of the Committee of the Develop-
ment as well as sugsesting that they go to see Mr. Brown, the
Zoning Board Chu..irman in Seminole County. He further brought
out the fact th~t it would be necessary to secure a license
from the Board of HeE,-lth to operate a business of this nature.
1~1R. LIDDICOTT: Gentlemen is there further new business
to come before the meeting.
MR. JACKSON: I have a couple of items to report on. One
is a pla.t to be submitted tonight on the Fourth Addition to
the townsite. It has a few last minute corrections to be
I
made on it before it goes back to FHA for approval. I did
bring a copy with me so that the Council can become familiar
'tIith it. No doubt, it will be necessary to hold an emergency
meeting on this later during the month.
I
This is a Plat4ltn the area in which the 2~new homes to be
built by Mr. Perry Willits are located.
MR. JACKSON: The other report is on the insurance for
the Village. It seems that this problem is getting involved.
HO~lever, I have discussed it i".it~l city o!'ficials in Ft,
Lauderdale and the Ha.yar of North relic,mi Beach. The ~fayor of
North Miami Bea.ch is having his man draw up a list of the
principal kinds 01" lia.bili ty the. t we need for a township of
this kind. I will try to have this information for the next
Meeting.
MR. LIDDICOTT: I would like to advise the Council that
if something of aver y definite nature is not done soon to
imp!'ove the mC,il delivery system here, that is, getting the
door-to-door delivery service - that I am going to write a
letter to ConGressma.n Herlong.

knmv the Development has set aside an area. in the North'flost
part of town as a pa.rk area. 'tie are trying to 'dark out a.n
arrangement with Masterbuilders whereby the area will be
better developed and in good shape before dedicating it to
the Village.
lIn. LIDDICOTT: If there is no further business to come
