Home My WebLink About1993 05 19 Regular ~ -, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Winter Spr~ngs, Florida, will hold a public hearing on the application for a Vested Rights Special Use Permit for Parcels 14C, 15,61, 80 and the Lake Jesup Parcel of the Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development. The public hearing will be held at the City Hall, 1126 East S.R. 434, Winter Springs, Florida on June 2, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. Copies of the application and the vested rights ordinance are available in the office of the City Clerk for inspection. Interested parties may appear at this hearing and be heard with respect to this application. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the employee relations department ADA coordinator 48 hours in advance of the meeting at 407-327-1800. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Section 286.0105, F.S.
