Norton, City Clerk NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, that said Board will hold a Public Hearing to discuss possible changes to Land Use Designations within the Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development or the possible rezoning of the entire Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development. This Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p. m. on Wednesday, May 10, 1989, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Commission Chamber, City Hall, 1126 East S. R. 434, Winter Springs, FL 32708. Interested parties may appear at this hearing and be heard regarding same. Written comments, to become part of the public records, may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the meeting. The comments received, oral or written will assist the Board in formulating a recommendation to the City Commission regarding the Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any recommendation made during the hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
