Second~ by Saporito. Vote: All aye. Request of AlEjandro and Ramonita Baez to Annex Lot 5, Tuskawilla, on Nature's ~t2.9~1:L.!'J..?'st_9f State Road 434 ~ Tuscawilla Road: Koch gave her presentation. She stated that this property is on Nature's Way, which is a dil't road under County jurisdiction. This property is one lot removed from TillT.awilla Road; it does not front on it. She stated that at this time the Board is only looking at the annexation and there will be a Public Hearing the first meeting in February to consider the zoning. She stated that it is not improper, however, to discuss the zoning now, to verify that it would conform to the general plan of the City's land use for this area. Donnan asked about homes on Nature's Way. Koch stated that the homes are further down on Nature's Way. The rest of the lots in Tuskawilla are zoned A- 1, but on the County's land use map the classification now is f'.1edium Density Residential. Hopkins asked about Nature's Way being a County road and the Ci ty acqu~nng property on this roarl if this would affect the status of the County road. Koch stated that when thpre is City property on either side of the road then it tAOUld become a Ci ty road. Saporito asked how wide Nature's Way is. Koch stated that it is about a 30 foot right-of-way. There was discussion on the property in the area. McLeod asked what type of office building the applicant is planning for this property. Mr. Baez stated that he might build a tw:J-story building. Hopkins asked if there would be a problem for the City to provide fire and rescue services for this property.
