WINTER SPRINGS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
1 500 Winter Springs Boulevard
Winter Springs. Florida 32708
Dear Tuscawilla Resident:
Winter Springs Development Corporation presently owns approximately
30 acres on Tuscawilla Road north of Winter Springs Blvd. Originally,
this area was designed as a stable and pasture land. This was
closed down several years ago because of lack of interest.
In the past, we considered putting multi-family dwelling units on
this property but were turned down by the city of Winter Springs.
We are considering building single family detached dwellings on this
property consistent with others in the area.
We would like to know how you feel about this proposed change. Please
complete the form below and mail it in the return envelope. We would
like to receive your reply before August 24. Please feel free to make
any additional comments you feel are necessary. Your input is impor-
tant to us.
I look forward to hearing from you.
