On Tuesday, April 10, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed your
request for a densty increase from A-I Agriculture to a classification of
duplex, allowing up to 8 units per acre on Lots 54 and 55, Spring Hammock
Subdivision, Section 28-20-30, consisting of 20 acres more or less. (See
Item fl7)
The density increase was approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Construction of a concrete wall of stucco and brick, to be 6 feet
high on the south line and 8 ft. high on the east side.
2. Construction of one story homes along the east line of the property.
3. A 25 ft. buffer along the south on Shepard Road.
4. Dedication of additional right-of-way on Shepard Road to bring it up
to standards. .
5. Construction of sidewalks on Shepard Road adjacent to the subject property.
6. Dedication of vehicular access rights on Shepard Road to Seminole County.
7. The density increase was approved for a gross density of 8 units per
acre, with the net density not to exceed 12 units per acre on Lot 54
less the north 720 feet and Lot 55 less the north 680 feet. The northern
portion of both lots is located within the Spring Hammock acquisition area.
