FLORIDA 32771 Mr. Sid Wihlen Cranes Roost Office Park 317 Whooping Loop Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701 Re: Request for Density Increase - File BCC(12-1-83)-10 Dear Mr. Vihlen: , On Tuesday, April 10, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed your request for a densty increase from A-I Agriculture to a classification of duplex, allowing up to 8 units per acre on Lots 54 and 55, Spring Hammock Subdivision, Section 28-20-30, consisting of 20 acres more or less. (See Item fl7) The density increase was approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Construction of a concrete wall of stucco and brick, to be 6 feet high on the south line and 8 ft. high on the east side. 2. Construction of one story homes along the east line of the property. 3. A 25 ft. buffer along the south on Shepard Road. 4. Dedication of additional right-of-way on Shepard Road to bring it up to standards. . 5. Construction of sidewalks on Shepard Road adjacent to the subject property. 6. Dedication of vehicular access rights on Shepard Road to Seminole County. 7. The density increase was approved for a gross density of 8 units per acre, with the net density not to exceed 12 units per acre on Lot 54 less the north 720 feet and Lot 55 less the north 680 feet.
