CITY PLANNER
Mr. Walter Elwell, City Planner
City of Winter Springs
400 N. Edgemon Ave.
Winter Springs, Florida 32708
Dear Mr. Elwell:
The purpose of this letter is to voice strong and serious
objection to the Fisher Road Planned Unit Development as proposed
by the Bluewater Trading Co., Ltd. (ADNAC).
After a review of the correspondence and planned layout draw-
ings there can be little doubt that the request for re-zoning to
allow this project has been done without consideration of the
impact to surrounding properties. This parcel is an island located
between the Ranchland section and Dunmar Estates. Both of these
developments have been devoted to the rural lifestyles and protect-
ed by R. U. ZONING. To accommodate the P.U.D. request would be
"SPOT ZONING" in the most literal sense.
It is not the intent of this letter to set forth all the
objections at this time, but merely to go on record that I, as
president of the Dunmar Estates Home Owners Association and also
owner of the property directly adjoining 2500 feet along the East
border of the subject development, will pursue the necessary and
proper steps to prevent such destruction to our area, planned
homesteads, and way of life.
Most sincerely,
U~~p? ~
