Proper parlimentary pocedure was not followed in nominations and the subsequent election. I am sure that all members of ~he Board want the rules of order that we adopted to be adhered to. If it is necessary, I will outline said rules and present them to board members at the next meeting. In accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, board members must be advised of above motion before the next meeting. I would like a copy of this letter to serve as such notification. Existing curb on Northern Way will not be disturbed. 2. The brick \vall will be removed to the extent of not less than thirty feet leaving five feet of clearance on both sides of the new pavement. Some end-wall reinforcing device will be added. This end wall device can be in the form of another brick pilaster to match the existing Ivall . 3. The road must have a fully developed sub-base and base course but does not require a wearing course. 4. The exit of said road onto Bear Creek Circle shall not disturb the curb and gutter. 5. A provision in writing regarding restriction of Ldt 36 from use as a house lot until such time as the temporary entrance is abandoned must be provided to the City. 6. The developer must prov'ide the City \vith assurance that the t~mporary ~onstruction entrance will be removed upon development of 95% of the lots; the same assurance must be provided for reinstalling the removed portion of the brick wall.
