Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board was called to order at 7: 37 p.m.
by Vice-Chainnan Louise Poole. The pledge of allegiance was led by
Andrew Montvai.

Weiss moved to approve the minutes of July 2, 1980. Seconded by Montvai.
Vote: All aye. Motion carried.
REQUEST OF WINTER SPRINGS DEVELOPMENr CORPORATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE FINAL
ENGINEERING OF TUSCAWILLA UNITS 9 AND 9B.
Mr>. Art Barr, Winter Springs Development Corp., spoke for the above request.
Discussion. Montvai moved to approve the final engineering of units 9 and
9B in 'fuscawilla. Seconded by Dixon. Vote: All aye. Motion carried.
REQUEST OF HIILARD H. RAMSEY 'It) REZONE rm 13, BlOCK 2, REPLAT OF NORI'H
ORLANlX) rrowNSI'IE 4TH ADDITION (517 EAST S.R. 434) FROM R-l TO C-l.
Mr>. H. Ramsey was present and spoke for the above request. The City Planner
stated that the request is in conformity with the Land Use Map. Discussion.
Weiss moved to grant the request of Mr>. Hillard H. Ramsey to rezone Lot 11,
Block 2, Replat of North Orlando Townsite 4th Addition (517 East S.R. 434)
from R-l to C-l. Seconded by Dixon. Vote: All aye. Motion carried.
Joel Weiss asked to be excused from the next Planning and Zoning Board
Meeting.
