Meeting called to order at 7:33 p.m. Pledge of allegiance to the flag was led
by Burt Logan.
Approval of minutes of July 18, 1979:
Motion by Shriver for approval, seconded by Burt Logan. Motion carried unanUnously.
Request of John L. Donaldson, representing Elegante Building Corporation, owner,
to rezone Tract A of Lots 17 and 18, Block B, Oak Grove Park, from PUD to C-2:
Mr. John L. Donaldson was present.
Motion by Shriver to recommend to City Council that the land use plan be altered
to allow commercial use of property abutting 17-92 up to a depth of present lots
abutting 17-92. Seconded by Branson. Discussion. Motion carried unanUnous1y.
Motion by Shriver to recommend approval of Mr. Donaldson's request to rezone
Tract A of Lots 17 and 18, Block B, Oak Grove Park, from PUD to C-2. Seconded by
Daniels. Discussion. Motion carried unanUnously.
,~ Request of Richard Moretti, representing Elegante Building Corporation, owner, to
rezone Tract B of Lots 17 and 18, Block B, Oak Grove Park, from PUD to C-2:
Mr. John Englehart, Attorney, represented Mr. Moretti.
Motion by Logan to recommend approval of request. Seconded by Daniels. Discussion.
Motion carried unanUnous1y.
Request of Florida Land Company for approval of the engineering and plat of Foxmoor
Unit 3:
Florida Land Company was represented by Dale Crosby.
Motion by Shriver to table request until next meeting. Seconded by Williamson.
Motion carried unanUnous1y. (This request should include Units 3, 4 and 5)

onthea~enda - to request permission to record plat of Tuscawil1a-Sec. 9A:
Motion by Logan that we approve Tuscawilla Section 9A final with the stipulation
brought out in the Aug. 1, 1979 letter from Clark, Dietz & Associates and I would
like the letter to go in as a matter of record and also with the addition, and this
would have to be worked through- the City Attorney, that we put a restriction on it
stating that no lots may be sold until the conditions set forth are met. Seconded
by Shriver. Discussion. Motion carried 5-2, opposed Williamson and Daniels.
Approval of leave request from Louise Poole.
~ Motion by Branson, seconded by Logan to adjourn. Motion carried.
