APRIL 19, 1978
Present: Planning & Zoning Board Members: Arnold, Williamson, Jacobs,
Denton, Bennett, Fusco (Lombardi excused) Planner Rozansky,
and Councilman Logan, Dale Crosby, Florida Land Company
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Jacobs called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
MOTION by Bennett, seconded by Fusco to accept minutes of March 22, 1978.
Motion carried.
Application by Mr. Gary D. Hunt:
MOTION by Bennett to table action until deed restrictions can be reviewed.
Seconded by Denton. Motion carried.
FINAL ENGINEERING PLANS, THE HIGHLANDS - SHAM CIRCLE AND DARON COURT (Section
2, Tract D) CD&A Ref. Nr. 6136.05
Mr. Crosby and Mr. Rozansky showed location maps and discussed the
site.

Staff Review dated April 18, 1978 was discussed with Mr. Crosby.
Under d.(l) City Planner: Mr. Crosby stated that it would be
written into the deed restrictions to prevent back-lot entrances from
Sheoah Boulevard to lots 1, 26, 19, 18, 16 and 15.
Discussion on d.(3) City Planner - drainage easement. Should the
wording be changed to read "15 to 20 foot easement?"
MOTION by Bennett to recommend approval of the Highlands Section 2, Tract D
Replat subject to compliance with Staff comments and engineering review.
Motion carried.
MOTION by Denton to remove from the table item concerning Gary D. Hunt.
Seconded by Bennett. Motion carried.
Discussion followed concerning whether this matter is of concern
to this Board.
MOTION by Bennett that the case of Mr. Hunt be removed from the agenda of
the Planning & Zoning Board. Seconded by Fusco. Discussion. Motion carried.
MOTION by Bennett to adjourn. Seconded by Arnold. Motion carried.
Chairman Jacobs adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
