CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Chairman Williams at 7:50 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of October 13 meeting approved as submitted
ANNEXATION REQUEST BY SEMINOlE YOUTH RANCH, :tHe. (Site #2):
ANNEXATION REQUEST BY MR. MICHAEL ALEXATOS (Site #1) :
ANNEXATION/REZONING REQUEST BY MR. MICHAEL ALEXATOS (Site #3): Mr. A1exatos pre-
sented all three requests together. Sites #1 and #2 are adjoining; site #1 is
Lots #1 and #2, Entzminger Farms Addition #2, Plat Book 5, p. 9, and site #2 is
Lots #3, #4, and #5. Lots #3, #4, and #5 are occupied by the Seminole Ywth
Ranch, Inc., 21 acres currently zoned agricultural. Lots #1 and #2 - 11.5 acres -
also are zoned agricultural.

Site #3 is all of that part of Lot 30, Entzminger Farms Addition #2, Plat Book 5,
p. 9, lying east of Hayes Road and south ef Longweed-oviedo Read. It is 2.6 acres,
currently zoned agricultural.
The Board's enly question about the annexatien of sites #1 and #2 was that such
annexatien would leave the feur parcels immediately south of the subject property
remaining in the county, virtually landlocked by being surrwnded on three and
three-fourths sides by Winter Springs property. Mr. A1exates said he would seek
to contact the owners of that property concerning the possibility of their re-
questing annexation at the same time.
The Board was opposed t. Mr. A1exatos' request on site #3 because it seeks re-
zoning to C-1 at the same time the property is censidered for annexation. When
Mr. A1exatos understoed the Board's concern, he agreed to drop the rezoning part
of the request and seek annexation of the tract as it is currently zoned.
MOTION: On a motion by Newsome, seconded by Fusee, the Beard voted unanimously
to recemmend to the City Council that all three annexation requests be approved,
provided that the property is annexed under its current zoning classification -
agricultural.
ZONING ORDINANCE REVISION: The matter was discussed; further discussion will
take place at the Board's next meeting.
WEDGEWOOD GOLF VILLAS: Chairman Williams informed the Board that approval is being
sought for sections #2 and #3 of Wedgewood and that engineering information is
,"'-'" available at City Hall. He asked all Board members to study the documents and be
prepared to discuss the matter at the next meeting.
