CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Chairman \^lilliams at 7:40 p.m.
APl'ROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of the August 25 meeting were approved as submitted
PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TUSCAWILLA UNIT #7: Mayor Piland reported that the
preliminary plan for Tuscawilla Unit #7 has been presented to the city and that
it will be ready for review by the 1'&Z Board at its next meeting. The developer
is requesting permission to have swales and no sidealks in the area. Most lots
will be about ~ acre, requiring all to be on sewer.
FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TUSCAWILLA UNIT #6: Mayor Piland also reported that the
final development plan for Tuscawilla Unit #6 will come before the 1'&Z Board at
its next meeting, for discussion only or for action, as the Board sees fit.
ZONING ORDINANCE RBVISION: Revision was discussed; discussion will continue at
the Board's next meeting.

NEXT MEETING: The Board will meet next at 7:30 p.m. September 22. Because a
fublic Hearing will be on the agenda, the meeting will be held at the Sunshine
Park Community Center.
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
