CALL TO ORDERa Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Rossiter
at 7:42 p.m.
Tuscawilla Public Hearing Notice was read by Chairperson Rossiter.
Cottage stated he would not be able to enter into the discussion or
vote because of a conflict of interest.
TUSCAWILLA PRESENTATION: Mr. Charles True, representing the Tusca-
willa developer, appeared to discuss a proposed change the developer
is seeking in the Preliminary Development Plan which has been approved
for Tuscawilla. The developer seeks to change the use of approx-
imately a 52 acre parcel earmarked for condominiums with a maximum
density of 12 per acre in approved Preliminary Development Plan to
individually owned single story detached two-bedroom golf villas with
a maximum density of 4.5 per acre. This property would be sold to
Nader Homes, Inc. which would build and sell the gplf villas. Buyers
of the golf villas would purchase the land on which their villa sits,
but there would be common exterior maintenance and commonly owned J
pool/recreation facilities for a total of 6 common area parks ofwhich?~~
4 common area parks would have swimming~a ~nge OI c1o~ning areas:-/
Streets would be private, if possible, and maintained commonly.
There would be a total of 234 units and they would sell from $34,000
to $40,000 for 1100 square feet of living area.
Chairperson Rossiter opened hearing to public.
Sheila Sines, 1305 Deer Run, was in favor as long as the developer
does what he said he would do.
Mary Daniels, 1027 Antelope Trail, speaking in favor of golf villas,
said the plan would protect their investment.

is to get in touch with D. Sines and J. Newsome.
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 8:48 p.m.
