In< ' , " ~\J/ '):-l..OR\O~ CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA 1126 EAST STATE ROAD 434 WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA 32708.2799 Telephone (407) 327.1800 MEETING SUMMARY MAY 10, 1994 SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE: Kip Lockcuff, Utility/Public Works Director Tim Lallathin, Fire Chief Don Houck, Building Official Carl Gosline, Community Development Coordinator Bruce Beherns, Assistant to the City Manager Mark Jenkins, Engineer Charles Sexton, Police Chief, Absent Scott Culp, Developer Allen Madden, Engineer for Developer The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. PARCEL 80 Scott Culp, developer of the project, addressed all the comments. Lockcuff and Culp will work together on examining the sewer lift stations. Lockcuff asked for a list of street signs. Culp said they want to do private streets and do different street signs. The developer will pay for all the signs. Tuscora Drive will be public. Mr. .Govoruhk said the City's position is all street signs throughout the City must be same even though on private streets. Culp asked if there was any way to get a variance. This matter will be revisited during the final development plan review process. Jenkins and Madden are still working on the exact location of the floodway limit. We will keep talking and revisit this matter during the final development plan review process. Culp agreed to do two scenarios, one with the existing lot arrangement and the other with the missing lots. Culp will meet again with Jenkins to discuss the floodway alignment. Gosline moved to approve Parcel 80 subject to resolution of FEMA line. Seconded by Lallathin. HIGH SCHOOL The Commission approved interlocal agreement with the School Board. Lockcuff will talk to Diane Kramer about getting some of the trees before they are cut down. The City will put in a hydrant at School Site before the construction starts. Gosline moved to approve the preliminary plan for the High School. Seconded by Lockcuff. Jenkins still has some questions about the engineering and will work with the School Board Engineer. Vote: Jenkins: abstained; Lallathin: aye; Houck: aye; Gosline: aye; Beherns: aye; Lockcuff: aye.
