Hughes stated that the concept of the business is primarily storage of R.V. IS
and automobiles. The property is located at 1057 N. Highway 17/92. He spoke
of a possibility of a truck rental on the property also. Hughes also stated
that they may store vehicles in the 10,00 sq. ft. building but there are no
plans to do so at this time.
Hughes stated that there would be some minor changes to the property such as to
remove the front fence and install a fence between this property and L & A
International. He stated that he has permission from DOT for a road cut onto
17/92. There will be removal of a solid 81 fence so as to see the property.
Other than possibly putting a few windows in the front of the building and the
completion of a bathroom that has not been finished that will be the only
changes to the actual building.
LeBl<3J."J.c asked about the driveway and the septic tank vent pipe. Hughes stated
that the vent pipe is 3' from the building, and the septic tank does have a
drive over.
LeBlanc also stated that there is a plan to store vehicles in the power
easement. Hughes stated that he has authorization for storage of the vehicles
there and that there will be no building going on at this location on the
property.
LeBlanc stated that the City Code states that there will be a gravel or hard
surface for the rear of the property.
Koch stated that this is needed for the safety of the public and the
accessibility of the area.
Hughes stated that the back would probably be used for the long term storage.
However, he stated that there is clay roads in the back 2.3 acres from the
previous business.
Holzman stated that Hughes would need to speak with the Fire Marshall before
the storage of any vehicles in the building. Hughes agreed.
Archer stated that he would need better plans before any renovations to the

bui lding are made. Hughes agreed.
There was discussion of an access road onto Shepard Road.
LeBlanc asked if the representatives agree w_i th the following stipulations:
any renovations will need to be approved by the Building Department; before any
vehicles are parked in the building, the Fire Marshall needs to be contacted;
the driveway on the side of the building which goes to the rear of the property
will need to be graveled, and to come back to the City before any access onto
Shepard Road is done. Hughes agreed.
