There will be no building changes. Koch asked if the owner was aware that there is no outdoor display allowed in C-1 zoning. Linebecker stated that he was not aware of this. He stated that he wished to display the lawn mowers on the front property during the day and take the mowers in at the close of business. Koch asked if the business will occupy lot 2. Baxley stated that the business will occupy both lots 1 and 2. There was question on the road access. It was determined that there is a driveway access off of Belle Avenue and the business will use that access. Koch stated that the driveway will need to be stabilized. Baxley asked if limerock would be permissable. Kozlov stated that it would, but will need to be kept up as it would wear away. LeBlanc stated that the Code calls for gravel or hard surface. LeBlanc stated that the driveway will need to be stabilized with gravel of hard surface and this will need to go before the Board of Adjustment for a special exception to allow outside sales. Holzman moved to accept this project with the stipulation that the owner has the driveway gravel of hard surface a"ld to get a special exception from the Board of Adjustment for out side sales. Seconded by Archer. Motion carried.
