D. <:mENS (SPENCO), PROPOSED 12, OOO_~q: f~. BUILDINGS: LeBlanc gave his presentation. He stated thaL the final engineering was approved on June 19, 1987. There was discussion on fire fighting. It was deL ermined thaL LnlS problem will have to be addressed in the future as this area of the City is expanding. Holzman moved to approve the Site Plan. Seconded by Smith. Vote: All aye. Davis sLaLed Lhat thaL is for the septic tank. Smith asked if this has been cleared by the state. Davis stated that he is in the process of doing thaL. Kozlov stated thaL if anything needs to be changed ~hat adjustments would need to be done. Koch asked about the abutting existing greenbelt. Baxley SLated LhaL there are some natural grCMth and he plans to put sod in the that area. Smi th moved to approve the Site Plan as presenLed by the applicant. Seconc1ec1 by Artman. Tnere was discussion on Lhe plan for the 2 1/2 acres north of this property. Baxley stated that it is a separate project and would be to the back of the existing building and would be separated by a swale. Vote: All aye.
