Steve Hart, Land Engineering Milt Williams, Owner Tim Lalla~hin, Assistant Fire Chief John Govoruhk, Police Chief Sam Smith, Building Official J. Koch, Dir.Adm./City Planner D. LeBlanc, Land Developmen~ Coordinator LeBlanc stated that this Site Plan Review is for Tri-County Towing, located on Belle Avenue. This Site Plan is for a 140 ft. X 100 ft. metal building and for a proposed future building. He stated that it was Staff recommendation that the Site Plan be for both buildings so the owner will not have to come back to the City when the proposed building is built. LeBlanc also stated that the City Engineer has approved the Site Plan for both buildings on April 8, 1987. There was discussion on the Site Plan. Koch asked if the County had abandoned the right-of-way. Williams stated that the County gave the right-of-way to him and the land owners in the back of his property. Koch stated that the approval should include that the natural vegetation be left as a buffer, because this is a distinct land use conflict between this property and the residential property beyond the natural buffer. Williams agreed to leave 13 1/2 ft. visual buffer to be left in its natural state. Govoruhk moved to approve the Site Plan for Tri-County Towing under the condition that 13 1/2 ft. buffer remain in it's natural state. Seconded by Smith. Vote: All Aye. Respectfully submitted, Margo Hopkins Recording Secretary
