DETERMINATION OF COMPLIANCE OF GARY HUNT WITH ORDER OF CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS ON APPROVAL GIVEN BY SITE PLAN REVIEW
BOARD ON MARCH 6, 1980.
A letter as well as a picture were submitted by Mr. Hunt to the City Planner
on February 22, 1982. The City Planner stated the determination needed to be
made as to whether or not Mr. Hunt had complied with the conditions set by
the original approval of the site. The Board discussed the landscaping as
well as the refurbishing of the building. The Fire Chief suggested a time
frame for the completion of the work. The City Engineer stated there were
stains that could be applied immediately and that the time element should
not be a problem. The Board also felt there were plants that could be planted
without regard to the weather. The City Planner felt two weeks were enough
to complete the necessary work to comply with the approval. Thirty days was
also suggested. Vote on the thirty days to complete the project: Police
Chief, aye; City Engineer, aye; Public Works Supt., aye; Fire Chief, no;
City Planner, no; motion passed to allow Mr. Hunt thirty days to complete
the refurbishing and landscaping necessary to comply with the original approval
of the Board and that no further extension would be allowable. In the event
Mr. Hunt does not comply with the thirty days he will be cited for non-
compliance to the Code Enforcement Board.
EXTENSION OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL GRANTED TO TOM MC CUE FOR OPERATION OF SALVAGE
BUSINESS WITH TEMPORARY OFFICE (NEW OWNER, HAROLD FUES, WAS GRANTED 18-MONTH
EXTENSION FOR USE OF MOBILE BUILDING AS OFFICE).

parts from auto/truck salvage and that he does not do any crushing on-site.

six months. The City Engineer asked about the lighting at night. Mr. Fues
stated he has one light and a dog on the premises at all times. Mr. Fues
has no plans at this time to change the site. The City Planner stated she
could see no reason to require further conditions regarding the present plan.
The City Engineer stated he did not feel it was necessary at this time to
impose any conditions regarding the driveway at this time. It was the con-
sensus of the Board to extend the original approval of a salvage business
with temporary office (new owner, Harold Fues) for eighteen months. Mr.
