Sally McGinnis, present
John Baker, present
Mel Glickman, present

accepted. Mrs. McGinnis seconded. All Ayes. Minutes stand approved as stated.
Chairman Lup asked for New Business information prior to discussing Old Business - Brochure.
There were no comments for New Business.
Chairman Lup asked if anyone received the letter of approval for the brochure. Mr. Glickman said
he received a purchase order. The board asked for a budget of $5000.00, but the Commission
awarded the estimated cost of the brochure presented to them at the Commission Meeting. The
board was told when they needed additional funds for expenditures to bring the request before the
board.
Mr. Glickman explained what changes could be made to the brochure. Make any changes to copy,
anything in black can be changed, and the purple can be changed to any color. Pictures can be
eliminated, but not added. To move a picture would add stripping charges. Mr. Glickman suggested
that each of the members give their own input on the brochure and send it to him, then he will return
copies the way he thinks it should be layed out in copy form. When agreed upon then Mr. Glickman
will show the members the layout. By the meeting in July, he would like to be able to approve
finished material before printing. Discussion on changes to the maps on the brochure.
It was decided that "YOUR BUSINESS BELONGS HERE" on the front would be deleted. The
headlines will remain the same. Discussion. Mr. Glickman said he would like each member to
address each section for changes.
Mr. Glickman announced that this is his last meeting as a member until the brochure is produced.
