Ms. Hollis is responsible for the existing program that the E.D.C. is working on. They

Comprehensive Land Plan - Planning & Zoning Board Meeting, June 6, 1990:
Mrs. Smith said she believes that the kind of businesses that will come to Winter Springs
will be to serve the people of Winter Springs, no major projects or large office complexes.
At the Comprehensive Land Plan Meeting, they were looking at the commercial core around
the center city area. Probably the most overriding factor is that when the Land Plan
goes into effect, and in October, there will be more building permits. The message at
the meeting was that 434 will be widened.
Mrs. Helms asked about follow-up calls after the mail-outs are sent out. It was agreed
there should be calls. The cover letter was discussed. Mrs. Smith suggested using a
stamped return envelope. Mr. Rozansky said he would take a letter from the Board to
the Commission telling them what the Board wants to do.
